Please note payment is required at time of booking. You will be invoiced and our cancellation policy is as follows:
All appointments made via the booking system can be changed within 48 hours of booking at no penalty, in case you make a mistake (its easy to do)
After that Except in the case of emergency
Face to Face consultation : Two weeks is notice is required for cancellation or reschedule
Zoom therapy: four days notice is required for cancellation or reschedule.
If this does not occur and in the event of now shows, 50-100 percent of the fee is still due and will not be refunded so please carefully consider your calendar and circumstances before you book. Often we have a waiting list (especially for after hours slots) and can offer your appointment to someone else given enough time. so we thank you in advance for your understanding
(hint: for longer sessions you can book more than one consecutive slot)
